Vertex Resource Group plans C$7 million subordinated loan

Vertex Resource Group said it intends to enter a subordinated credit arrangement for a loan of up to C$7 million. The proposed financing carries 15% annual interest and remains subject to definitive documentation and TSXV acceptance.
