Offshore grades rose on Thursday as Hurricane Isaias strengthened and moved toward the US Gulf Coast, dealers said, disrupting oil and gas production in the Gulf of Mexico. Energy companies have evacuated personnel from 121 production platforms in the Gulf, according to the Marine Miner.
