Digital Asset Acquisition discloses PIPE financing and share terms

The company said Parent entered a PIPE subscription agreement for 1.5 million shares at $10 each, for gross proceeds of $15 million, and agreed to issue additional shares linked to the financing and related advisory and referral arrangements.
