Digital Asset Acquisition Files 8-K on merger agreement

Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. said it entered into a merger agreement with Titan Strategics Holdings on Oct. 7 and filed the deal in an 8-K on Oct. 8. The agreement contemplates DAAQ's domestication as Renaissance Nuclear, Inc. and the acquisition of Titan for a $250 million base purchase price.
