X4 Pharmaceuticals files 8-K on unregistered equity sales

X4 Pharmaceuticals said it filed a Form 8-K with the SEC about unregistered sales of equity. The filing says the share issuance related to the Conversion Shares will rely on exemptions under Section 4(a)(2) and Regulation D.
