Drilling Tools International files 8-K on proposed acquisition

Drilling Tools International said it entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Saltire Energy Limited and Foxley Energy Limited through its subsidiary Casing Technologies Group Limited. The company also hosted a conference call on the proposed transaction and said it plans to file a Form S-4 and proxy statement/prospectus.
