Twin Vee extends consulting agreement for Dickerson

Twin Vee PowerCats said it amended Michael P. Dickerson's consulting agreement to extend the term, with the agreement now set to run until the earlier of the pending USFM business combination's closing or termination, or Dec. 31, 2026, with possible extensions to March 31, 2027.
