ARGAN calls November 20 general meeting on WDP merger

ARGAN said it will hold a combined general meeting on November 20 to ask shareholders to approve a EUR11 per-share extraordinary distribution before the planned merger with WDP and the cross-border merger itself. The company said the transaction remains on schedule for completion in the first quarter of 2027, subject to shareholder and other conditions.
