Helium Evolution targets up to 10 Grasslands wells

Helium Evolution said NAH is permitting surface locations for up to 10 Grasslands wells, with earliest drilling anticipated in January 2027, subject to licenses and rig availability. Two directors resigned and Anton du Plessis joined the board.
