Vivos enters stock purchase and exchange agreement

Vivos said it entered into a stock purchase and exchange agreement with a board director on October 7 and filed the related Form 8-K on October 8. The transaction included a purchase of 250,000 shares of Series D preferred stock and an exchange of 385,302 Series C preferred shares for Series D preferred shares.
