Cass Information Systems files 8-K on contractor agreement

Cass Information Systems said it entered into an independent contractor agreement with Dwight Erdbruegger in connection with his previously announced retirement. The agreement runs through Dec. 31, 2026 and provides for $150 an hour and full vesting of 2,318 time-based restricted stock units.
