Payoneer director resigns, company discloses $5.25 million retention award

Payoneer said director Barak Eilam resigned from the board effective Oct. 5, 2026 and stepped down from the audit and risk committees. The company also said its compensation committee approved a $5.25 million cash retention award for Chief Legal and Governance Officer Tsafi Goldman to be formally granted in February 2027.
