Hercules Capital issues $400 million 6.700% senior notes due 2029

Hercules Capital entered a Twelfth Supplemental Indenture with U.S. Bank Trust Company to issue $400 million of 6.700% senior unsecured notes due Oct. 8, 2029, with semiannual interest payments beginning Apr. 8, 2027.
