Stagewise Strategies files 8-K on share exchange agreement

Stagewise Strategies said it entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire 99.99999012% of TEG SPV in exchange for 183,098,434 shares of common stock. The company said the closing is subject to customary conditions, including at least $18 million of concurrent financing.
