Terrestrial Energy submits NRC topical report for IMSR plant

Terrestrial Energy said it submitted a Thermal and Electric Facility topical report to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for its IMSR plant. The company said NRC approval could allow the non-nuclear portion of the plant to be built and operated ahead of the nuclear licensing timeline.
