StageWise Strategies to acquire 99.99999012% of TEG SPV

StageWise Strategies entered a share exchange agreement to acquire 99.99999012% of TEG SPV in a stock-for-equity transaction, issuing 183,098,434 common shares to the sellers and leaving them with about 97.3% of expected post-close shares.
