AM Best cuts Queen City Assurance outlook to negative

AM Best revised the long-term issuer credit rating outlook to negative from stable for Queen City Assurance, Inc. and Vine Court Assurance Incorporated, while affirming their A Financial Strength Rating and a+ Long-Term ICR. The stable outlook on the Financial Strength Rating was unchanged.
