Nuveen closed-end funds approve new investment policies

Nuveen Municipal Value Fund and Nuveen AMT-Free Municipal Value Fund approved new investment policies that are expected to take effect on October 30, 2026. Nuveen said the changes will not alter either fund's investment approach or investment objectives.
