Sceptre Ventures shares halted pending reverse takeover

Sceptre Ventures said it entered a non-binding LOI to acquire 1490660 B.C. Ltd. in a reverse takeover and planned a concurrent financing of up to $3.0M at $0.50 per unit; shares are halted pending the RTO.
