168 per mmBtu, after the EIA published its latest natural gas storage figures. The agency said 85 billion cubic feet were added to natural gas stocks for the week ended Oct. 2, versus 79 bcf expected by analysts surveyed by The Wall Street Journal. Gelber & Associates said in a note that the year-on-year deficit remains, although the larger-than-expected build took some force out of the rally before the release.
