Oracle board member buys $3.5 million in stock

Oracle board member Stephen Rusckowski bought 25,000 shares for about $3.5 million on Sept. 29, his first open-market purchase since joining the board. The Form 4 filing showed the shares were bought at prices ranging from $138.96 to $139.74.
