Vantiva appoints CFO Lars Ihlen interim CEO

Vantiva said CEO Tim O’Loughlin stepped down effective immediately and will advise the company, with CFO Lars Ihlen appointed interim CEO. The board also said Tony Werner is leaving the board as part of a planned size reduction.
