ChemoMetec AGM approves annual report, no dividend

ChemoMetec said shareholders approved its 2025/26 annual report at the annual general meeting and agreed to pay no dividend for the financial year. The meeting also re-elected the board, elected PwC as auditor and authorized share buybacks.
