KonaTel director resigns in Form 8-K filing

KonaTel said director Robert M. Beaty resigned from the board effective Sept. 30, leaving CEO and Chairman D. Sean McEwen as the sole remaining director. The company said McEwen set the board size at one director under its bylaws.
