UBS Group crosses Azelis 3% voting-rights threshold

Azelis said UBS Group AG’s indirect holdings in the company rose above 3% on October 6 after an acquisition of shares with voting rights and equivalent financial instruments. The notification showed UBS Group and its affiliates held 7,342,752 voting rights, or 3.01%, after the transaction.
