Fitch affirms Aurora water revenue bonds at AA+

Fitch affirmed Aurora, Colorado’s outstanding water revenue bond rating at AA+ and kept the outlook stable. The agency said leverage could rise if the city proceeds with the planned Wild Horse Reservoir project.
