JLL Income Property Trust files 8-K disclosure

JLL Income Property Trust filed a Form 8-K Regulation FD disclosure with the SEC and said it closed a $68.5 million mortgage loan secured by Whitestown Distribution Center IV. The loan has a seven-year term and a 5.54% interest rate.
