ISG says infrastructure spending more than doubled in Q3

ISG said combined market ACV rose 63% to a record $52.5 billion in the third quarter, with IaaS spending up 115%. It also raised its 2026 XaaS growth forecast to 60% and kept its managed services forecast at 2.1%.
