PMGC Holdings registers NorthStrive DBA, signs license

PMGC Holdings said it registered NorthStrive Holdings, Inc. as a DBA and entered into a trademark license agreement with NorthStrive Companies. The company also said it plans a formal legal name change in about six months, subject to required filings.
