Fitch assigns Fassi final 'B+' IDR, stable outlook

Fitch assigned Lifting Control Holding S.p.A. a final long-term issuer default rating of 'B+' with a stable outlook. It also assigned the company's senior secured notes a final 'BB-' rating with a recovery rating of 'RR3'.
