TruGolf completes acquisition of Polymath Research

TruGolf said Polymath Research, creator of the Polymesh Layer-1 blockchain, becomes part of Nasdaq-listed TruGolf. The company also named Natalie Hirsch CFO and COO and reported a $2.95 million warrant exercise that strengthens its cash position.
