Chevron shares fall after precautionary Gulf storm evacuations

Chevron moved nonessential workers away from offshore platforms threatened by Tropical Depression Nine as shares fell about 1.1% to $205.305 as of 11.49am EST on Oct. 7, Reuters said the evacuation was precautionary.
