Hallador Energy said it has entered into two long-term agreements with Duke Energy Indiana linked to output and capacity from the Merom Generating Station for the period June 1, 2029 to May 31, 2035. The first is a six-year, unit-contingent power purchase agreement covering an average 200 MW, with pricing based on a Fuel Price Floor and a capacity sale valued at $271m.
