1239 GMT - Volvo's 2027 market forecasts, North American order dynamics and an update on pricing increases to offset inflation will be in focus at the third-quarter results, UBS analyst Hemal Bhundia writes. The bank expects Volvo to announce 2027 heavy duty truck market forecasts of 325,000 for Europe, 285,000 for North America and 80,000 for Brazil. "We believe Volvo's truck market forecasts could be on the slightly conservative side and that there may be scope for truck forecast upgrades throughout 2027." On pricing, Volvo is seeking to mitigate higher costs through pricing, but it hasn't indicated whether it will fully offset inflation, UBS adds. UBS rates Volvo at buy and lifts its price target to 398 Swedish kronor from 395 kronor. Shares fall 0.4% to 311.10 kronor.
