Zone Frontier sells legacy cleaning products business

Zone Frontier sold its legacy aqueous ozone cleaning products business to Sanzonate Holdings. The company said the sale ends about $3 million in annual cash burn and includes a $3.35 million secured note, potential earnout payments and a 5% equity interest.
