SoftOx says SIS cuts plague bacteria in lab testing

SoftOx Solutions said preclinical in vitro testing of its SIS candidate reduced viable Yersinia pestis bacteria by more than 7 log10, or more than 99.99999%, within one minute under the conditions tested. The company said the findings do not establish that SIS can treat plague in humans.
