AquaBounty files 8-K on unregistered equity sales

AquaBounty Technologies filed an 8-K disclosing unregistered sales of equity through conversion agreements with existing preferred stockholders. The company said the shares were issued in exchange for those securities and no additional consideration or commission was paid.
