KEO Capital AB elects three directors, appoints new chair

KEO Capital AB shareholders elected Davide Tomassoni, Alessandro Ciancchini and Farid Shidfar to the board and appointed Jay Heller as chairman. The board will have seven members, with directors Rubio, Gomez-Lackington and Idland remaining.
