H&R REIT files circular for Go Residential transaction vote

H&R Real Estate Investment Trust filed its management information circular and began mailing proxy materials ahead of a special meeting on Nov. 13, 2026, to consider its proposed transaction with GO Residential REIT. The trustees unanimously recommended unitholders vote in favour of the deal.
