Dollar rises toward 18-month high as euro underperforms

The dollar climbed toward its strongest level in 18 months on Thursday after minutes from the US Federal Reserve showed policymakers saw inflation as the biggest risk to their outlook. Higher oil prices and rising euro zone bond yields also weighed on the euro.
