Valcambi and Shiu Wing Steel plan Hong Kong precious metals refining

Swiss precious metals refiner Valcambi and Hong Kong steel mill Shiu Wing Steel signed a letter of intent to establish a precious metals refining and vaulting operation in Hong Kong.
