Silver Range options US properties to Resilience for up to $550K cash and $550K shares

Silver Range optioned 80% interests in its Alamo (AZ) and Sand Springs (NV) properties to Resilience, with consideration of up to $550K cash and $550K in shares plus resource payments and NSR royalties, subject to TSXV acceptance.
