BENO Holding reports stable H1 occupancy near 96%

BENO Holding AG said its H1 2026 annualized net rent was about €7.33M and occupancy was about 96%, with a portfolio value near €89.9M. After the period, it acquired a Roth property and secured about €8M liquidity via two refinancings.
