China issues third batch of 2026 low-sulfur fuel oil export quotas

China has issued a third batch of 2026 export quotas for low-sulfur marine fuel oil totaling 1.07 million metric tons, taking 2026 total quotas to just over 14 million tons, according to trade sources and a consultancy.
