BAM Groep agrees to acquire A.Hak

BAM Groep EURONEXT:BAMNB has agreed to buy A.Hak in a deal valuing the Dutch underground infrastructure specialist at an enterprise value of €504 million ($565 million), it said on Thursday.The Dutch construction group expects to close the deal in the first quarter of 2027.($1 = 0.8924 euros)
