Fitch Ratings said Taiwan's AI data-centre market is becoming more selective as demand rises, with access to power and grid infrastructure increasingly determining which projects move ahead. The commentary said projects with committed customers, flexible siting and secured power should have better execution visibility than those facing constrained locations or major grid upgrades.
