Petro-Victory terminates agreement with Eneva

Petro-Victory Energy said it and Eneva mutually agreed to terminate their current agreement after conditions under a memorandum of understanding were fulfilled. The company said it still owns and operates 100% of the São João field and can pursue alternative arrangements.
