Live Nation prices $730 million senior notes offering

Live Nation Entertainment priced $730 million of 7.125% senior notes due 2032 and EUR600 million of 6.125% senior notes due 2032. The company said it plans to use the proceeds to redeem its outstanding 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027 and for general corporate purposes.
