Marcus & Millichap unit sells 366-unit Groves Apartments for $72 million

Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE:MMI), announced the sale of The Groves Apartments, a 366-unit multifamily property in Kent, Washington, for $72 million.
