IonQ advances to Stage C in DARPA quantum program

IonQ said it has advanced to Stage C of DARPA’s Quantum Benchmarking Initiative under an agreement with a potential value of up to $300 million. The company said funding beyond the initial obligation remains subject to future appropriations and DARPA funding actions.
